Board Composition:The San Antonio – Bexar County Soccer Public Facility Corporation (SABC Soccer PFC) is comprised of four (4) members: Two (2) Members representing the City of San Antonio and two (2) Members representing Bexar County. SABC is not a public-facing committee and does not accept applications from residents or any other outside organizations or agencies.

Mission/Purpose:The San Antonio – Bexar County Soccer Public Facility Corporation (SABC Soccer PFC) is a public, nonprofit corporation that manages the jointly owned Toyota Field to include potential renovation, expansion, redevelopment or construction, as well as leasing the facility for operation. The Committee oversees the facility and related property to be used for and to promote and support professional soccer within the City.
Meeting Schedule & Location:The SABC Soccer PFC meets as needed. Meetings are usually held at the Convention & Sports Facilities Administrative Offices, Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center, Conference Room 1, 900 E. Market St., 78205.
