| Board Composition: | The Sports and Entertainment District Community Advisory Committee (SEDCAC) comprises 33 members: three members appointed by each of the 10 City Council Districts and three appointed by the Mayor. The membership should include representation from the following groups: the artist community, labor organizations, small businesses, and neighborhood/community groups. |

| Mission/Purpose: | The SEDCAC will serve in an advisory role and obtain community input as well as consider and make recommendations to City Council on implementation of the Community Benefits Agreement referenced in the Term Sheet with Spurs Sports and Entertainment and develop a process for input on the Sports and Entertainment District. The Committee will be responsible for convening issue-based community and similar stakeholder groups to obtain their specific input. |
| Meeting Schedule & Location: | The Committee will meet in the City Tower Concourse Conference Room on the second Monday of each month at 3:00 PM. |
