A quorum of 5 voting members is required to conduct business on the board’s agenda. |
Mission/Purpose: | The Stablewood Farms TIRZ #10 housing development was created to provide housing south of U.S. Highway 90 and west of Southwest Loop 410 in the southwest portion of the city. This development served to build new construction homes and multifamily development to the area at a market rate at the time of construction and point of sale. The development serves the North Side Independent School District. |
