| Mission/Purpose: | The North East Crossing TIRZ #15 housing development was created to provide housing in the outside area of Loop 410 and north of U.S. Highway 90 with boundaries of Eisenhauer to the North, Woodlake Parkway to the east, Gibbs Sprawl Road to the south, and Midcrown Drive to the west in the northeastern portion of the city. The development serves the Judson Independent School District. |
