| Mission/Purpose: | The Hallie Heights TIRZ #19 housing development was created to provide housing in the southwest section of the City of San Antonio, on the northwest corner of Southwest Loop 410 and Ray Ellison Boulevard. The development is in the Southwest Independent School District. |
