| Mission/Purpose: | The Northeast Corridor TIRZ #33 was designated in December 2014, it is comprised of approximately 1,056 acres located northwest of NE Loop 410 and IH 35 along the main thoroughfare from Perrin-Beitel at the intersection with NE Loop 410 through Nacogdoches to the intersection of O’Connor. The Northeast Corridor TIRZ is terminating on 9/30/2034. |
