| Mission/Purpose: | The Solid Waste Determination Board is authorized through Chapter 14 of the City Code for when a resident has a noise complaint about a private hauler collecting in a residential area. In the hearing, the Board is authorized to revoke the private hauler’s automatic variance to City Code Chapter 14-41(h). |
