| Board Composition: | The City Bond Oversight Commission (CBOC) is comprised of 15 Members appointed by the City Council: 10 Council District Members appointed by their respective Councilmembers; one (1) Commission Chair appointed by the Mayor; one (1) Vice-Chair appointed by the Mayor; and three (3) Members appointed from and representing the Parks & Recreation Board, the San Antonio Public Library Board; and one (1) Bexar Regional Watershed Management Committee Member appointed by the Mayor. Members serve overlapping one-year terms with no limit on the number of terms that may be served. |

| Mission/Purpose: | The CBOC was charged with oversight of the completion of the City’s 2017 Bond Program to ensure efficiency, equity, timeliness and accountability. |
| Meeting Schedule & Location: | The Commission met on a quarterly basis and provided annual reports to the full City Council. No future meetings are planned. |
