Board Composition: | The City/County Joint Commission on Elderly Affairs (CCJCEA) is comprised of 16 Members: 10 District Appointed Members appointed by their respective Councilmembers and one (1) Member appointed by the Mayor; and five (5) Members appointed by Bexar County Commissioner's Court.

Mission/Purpose: | The mission of the CCJCEA is serve City Council and the County Commissioners Court in an advisory capacity on issues affecting citizens 60 years and older. To improve the quality of life of Seniors in San Antonio and Bexar County through support of Senior Services, and resources, advocacy and outreach |
Meeting Schedule & Location: | Meetings are coordinated by the Human Services Department and are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 10:00 AM at the Bexar County Vista Verde Building, 4th Floor Strategy Room, 223, N. Pecos La Trinidad.
