Board Composition: | The Disability Access Advisory Committee (DAAC) is comprised of 11 Members: 10 District Appointed Members appointed by their respective Councilmembers and one (1) Member appointed by the Mayor. Commissioners serve a two-year term of office. A quorum of 6 voting members is required to conduct business on the Board’s agenda. |

Mission/Purpose: | The mission of the Disability Access Advisory Committee (DAAC) is to work closely with the Disability Access Office as part of San Antonio's efforts to provide accessible City services, programs and facilities for all residents, regardless of ability. |
Meeting Schedule & Location: | The majority of the 2021 meeting were held virtually. When in person meetings resumed, they were held on the second Monday of each month at 3:00 PM at the Carver Library, 3350 E. Commerce. |
