Board Composition: | The River Walk Capital Improvements Advisory Board is comprised of seven (7) members of which four (4) are downtown residents and business representatives and are appointed by City Council for two-year terms; and three (3) are Directors from specific City Departments. |

Mission/Purpose: | The River Walk Capital Improvements Advisory Board (RWCIAB) advises the City Council on spending priorities from the River Walk Special Revenue Fund dedicated to capital infrastructure improvements of the River Walk. |
Meeting Schedule & Location: | The Board meetings are held as needed at City Tower. |
