Board Composition: | The San Antonio Education Partnership, Inc. (SAEP) is a 20 Member Board of Directors serving as the chief policy-making body of the Education Partnership. Members represent each of the five (5) major groups involved in the Partnership, five (5) At-Large Citizen Member positions (not appointed by the Mayor or City Council), two (2) City Councilmembers, and the Director of Department of Human Services serving as an Ex-Officio Member. |

Mission/Purpose: | The mission of San Antonio Education Partnership, Inc. (SAEP) is to create college opportunities, access, and success for the local community. SAEP was originally founded in 1989 by community leaders in an effort to bridge the gap for graduating high school, college, and career, the San Antonio Education Partnership has been a pillar of our community since 1989. SAEP provides students, no matter their place in life, the opportunity to access higher education through education programs: cafécollege, Road to Success, SAEP Scholarship, and Upgrade.
