To search for a complaint status enter an address, date or a date range the complaint was reported and,
select a category code(s) from the list of categories.
To search for a specific complaint enter the complaint number only.

Status Definition
Open:  A case has been opened.
Pending: The initial investigation by a Code Compliance officer has begun.
Closed: The investigation has been completed or referred on to the appropriate personnel.
